工作职责：
1. Experience with high speed interface IP such as DDR, SerDes (HDMI, USB, MIPI, SATA, etc)
2. Co-work with PKG/PCB layout, AE and analog IC designers
3. Write PKG/PCB layout design guideline
4. Chip, PKG and PCB co-simulation for pre-silicon SI/PI analysis
5. Post-silicon SI/PI issue analysis and correlation
6. Develop advanced SI/PI simulation methodology and analysis flows
任职资格：
任职资格
-工具 : Ansys tools - HFSS, Siwave …etc Cadence tools – PowerSI, 3DEM, xtractim …etc
-其他条件 : Familiar with hspice, spectre, and other simulation tools is a plus Personality : Patient, careful, and responsible
